A directory of people who still work the old way: blacksmiths, farriers, thatchers, dry stone wallers, makers of tools, bows, clothes, and other heritage crafts. Handmade on purpose — not a farm shop, and not a general builder.
We are filling North Yorkshire first (York, Harrogate, Scarborough, the Dales and the coast) and laying the same bones for the rest of the UK. Each listing is a short original note plus a pin, not a scraped register.
If you practise an old trade, you can ask to be added. If we have you wrong, say so. The rest of the site is a map and a set of trades — no fuss, no app.
